During these incidents, unauthorized access to personal data stored in the System occurred, and it was confirmed that a\u00a0portion\u00a0of the data had been exported in CSV format. These actions are believed to have been carried out with the intent of unlawfully obtaining personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[Details of the Investigation]<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The details of the unauthorized access&nbsp;identified&nbsp;are as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date of occurrence<\/strong>\u00a0<br>November 16, 2025\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Affected guests<\/strong>\u00a0<br>Some guests who made reservations through online booking sites for stays with check-in dates between November 16,\u00a02025\u00a0and October 16, 2026, and whose reservations were made on or before November 16, 2025\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Information potentially accessed without authorization<\/strong>\u00a0<br>Name of the person who made the reservation, name of the guest(s), telephone number, address, email address, stay dates, room type, and other accommodation-related information.
