All guests staying with us will receive an original Matsumoto Castle sticker at check-in.

Labor Thanksgiving Day

November 22nd - November 23rd

Guests who come to check in will receive a gift set of sweets.

Ishikari Fair

November 1st to the end of November

To commemorate the opening of Tabino Hotel Ishikari (Ishikari City, Hokkaido) on October 20, 2025, an Ishikari Fair will be held at 11 hotels across the country from November 1st.

Halloween

October 27th - October 31st

Guests who book a plan with breakfast included and those who purchase additional breakfast will receive a Halloween-only original hotel sticker.

Respect for the Aged Day

September 13th - September 15th

In celebration of Respect for the Aged Day, we will be giving out small gifts to guests staying at our hotel as a token of our appreciation. 🍪
