Otsuki Liquor Store

Founded in 1928, the long-established Otsuki Liquor Store is a 6-minute walk from the hotel and will soon celebrate its 100th anniversary.
Inside the shop, you can enjoy drinks selected by a Master of Wine at the standing bar. With an extensive lineup of 150 sake labels, 250 wines, and 50 shochu labels, it is perfect for gifts or a treat for yourself.

    A sparkling wine made with Ryugan, a rare grape variety from Nagano Prefecture, and carefully secondary-fermented. It features a fresh aroma and fine bubbles, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with Japanese cuisine, soba, and sashimi.

Ishii Miso

A long-established miso brewery founded in the 4th year of Keio. The soybeans used are domestically produced, and the miso is fermented and aged for three years in cedar barrels that can hold 4-5 tons at a time. No additives or preservatives are used.
It is popular with tourists for its miso brewery tours and miso soup tastings. The shop sells a variety of miso-based products, which can also be purchased online.

  • Three-Year Aged White Miso

    Made with Shinshu-grown soybeans, Nakasen Nari. The traditional taste of Ishii Miso is an exceptional flavor that can only be created with domestic soybeans rich in dietary fiber.

  • Kamikochi Miso

    Kamikochi Miso is used in the miso soup served at breakfast. It is a refreshing, medium-sweet Shinshu white miso aged at a low temperature.

  • Brewery Miso Soup

    A stylish mini gift set of 6 servings of the popular "Brewery Miso Soup" in two varieties (three-year miso and koji). The richly flavored, hot, and hearty miso soup is freeze-dried as is. Just add hot water to recreate the taste of brewery miso soup. Ingredients include spinach, enoki mushrooms, fried tofu, and wakame seaweed.

  • Sesame Vinegar Miso Dressing

    Additive-free, naturally brewed "Shinshu Three-Year Miso" with special black vinegar and sesame flavor! The balance of miso, sesame, and vinegar is excellent, with a slight spiciness. It goes well with vegetable salads, spinach ohitashi, and furofuki daikon. It is also delicious with meat such as shabu-shabu!

They aim to spread smiles through sweet potatoes and promote Nagano's sweet potatoes, offering "little happiness".
In addition to baked sweet potatoes and candied sweet potatoes that are carefully aged to bring out their sweetness, tarts, sweet potato sticks, and sweet potato chips with various flavors are very popular.
