Notice and Apology Regarding Unauthorized Access to Our Site Controller (Hotel Reservation Management System) 

We regret to inform you that unauthorized access by a third party to our site controller (the hotel reservation management system, hereinafter referred to as “the System”) was detected. As a result, it has been confirmed that there is a possibility that reservation information of some guests who made bookings through online reservation sites may have been accessed without authorization. 
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this incident may have caused our valued guests. 

[Overview] 

Following reports from several guests that suspicious emails impersonating our hotel had been sent to them, we conducted an internal investigation. 
As a result of analyzing the access logs of the System, we identified unauthorized logins originating from overseas IP addresses. During these incidents, unauthorized access to personal data stored in the System occurred, and it was confirmed that a portion of the data had been exported in CSV format. These actions are believed to have been carried out with the intent of unlawfully obtaining personal information.

The details of the unauthorized access identified are as follows: 

• Date of occurrence 
  November 16, 2025 

• Affected guests 
  Some guests who made reservations through online booking sites for stays with check-in dates between November 16, 2025 and October 16, 2026, and whose reservations were made on or before November 16, 2025 

• Information potentially accessed without authorization 
  Name of the person who made the reservation, name of the guest(s), telephone number, address, email address, stay dates, room type, and other accommodation-related information. The specific items involved may vary depending on the reservation site, and some sites may not include all of the above information. 

Please note that no credit card numbers or other payment-related information were included.

Regarding this matter, we will not send individual emails or make phone calls requesting confirmation or action from guests. 
If you receive any suspicious communications purporting to be from our hotel or reservation sites, please do not respond and exercise extreme caution. 
Please be advised that we will never ask for credit card numbers or similar sensitive information.
